Great models - very poor delivery timelines
It’s my third purchase from this site and the models are indeed great. No complaints whatsoever when it comes to them. However, I was disappointed when the delivery option I had chosen was changed from DPD to PostNL without my knowledge. Apparently, there was some issue which prevented DPD to be used. No idea why, but that’s when the problems started… the delivery timeframe provided by PostNL was 5-7 days. I received the parcel today 23 days later, which is not OK. I think riding a mule from the Netherlands to Bulgaria would take much less time 🙂 I have to say the Modelcarsales team reassured me that if I didn’t receive the items by a certain date, they would resend the models.
That said, I will definitely purchase from this site again, but will never agree to a delivery with PostNL. Also a suggestion for the Modelcarsales team - please contact the client prior to changing the shipping method.

shipping was fast, communication easy and nice. Only problem is the shipping company (DHL) in Spain, drivers are not proffesional and leave the boxes in the first DHL shop they found instead deliver at the customer address

As a suggestion, maybe it would be better in the future to send with a more professional and faster courier, like UPS, DHL, etc.
