Please do not buy anything from this store. I bought the item in May and still haven't received it in August. That's right. I've been waiting 3 fxxking months. And you know what? They even absolutely no idea where it is. They just keep telling me to sit and wait. HAHAHA.

We did however manage to find out which order this is about and you are absolutely correct in that the parcel services made a mess out of this by shipping the item to the wrong continent. We did inform you that the parcel has been shipped again to your country but that appears to have gone on a container which takes ages to arrive. We therefore will refund you for your purchase but still have good hope that you eventually wil get your parcel.
I will buy again.........

The only request in the future ... please include the e-mail and telephone number on the package in addition to the address. The services of Slovak Parcel Servis are catastrophic. In short, without a telephone number, they will not deliver the package and it will end up in a central warehouse. road 25km long from the house. Thank you. Regards, Radovan Rehák
