I was a premium subscriber for one…
The platform looks modern and promising, but doesn’t deliver. My advice to anyone considering paying: avoid it.
I was a premium subscriber for one year and in this period of time I applied to 256 castings through the platform - and received zero feedback. No replies, no invitations, no signs of interest in my profile.
I actually participated in some of those castings through my agency, proving *some* were real. But via Model Management, I was never even considered.
Worse still: most castings seem to be posted by the platform itself, and whenever I questioned the lack of response, I only got polite but evasive replies.
I wasted time and money.
Zero real opportunities - important to mention that I applied only to castings my profile fit it.
P.S.: It’s a pity ModelManagement isn’t listed on Google Maps, where reviews tend to have broader reach — especially considering they do have a physical office.

Charged After Cancellation – No Access, No Refund
I subscribed to a membership on ModelManagement.com and later suspended my subscription due to the lack of opportunities. Despite canceling, they charged me €99.99 without my consent in May. To make matters worse, I was unable to log into my account.
I contacted their support team and provided the exact email and transaction date. They responded claiming they couldn’t find my account — even though I gave them all the correct information. This seems like a tactic to delay or avoid refunding customers.
This is unacceptable. I’ve now had to contact consumer protection authorities and my bank to dispute the charge. Be very cautious with this company’s subscription practices. They make it extremely difficult to stop billing and offer poor customer service when issues arise.
Until this is resolved properly, I cannot recommend this platform.
