I am deeply disappointed with Model Management and their misleading business practices. A year ago, I made an initial payment, expecting transparency and fair treatment. However, without any clear prior notification, they automatically renewed my subscription and charged me €99 for a service I neither use nor intend to use.
When I reached out for a refund, their response was dismissive, hiding behind their refund policy instead of acknowledging their failure to properly inform customers. Ethical companies send reminders before charging their users—Model Management does not. Instead, they rely on people forgetting about their subscriptions so they can quietly take money from their accounts.
This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. A company that operates this way does not value its customers—only their money. Be warned before signing up!

Great opportunities
Model management sents me a lot of great casting opportunities every month. Sadly at the beginning you are only able to apply to one, after that you have to upgrade. But I’m very grateful that they offered me a free month of premium for leaving a review. The support answers very quickly and I’m already super excited for the upcoming castings.

Site is not very well made and often errors happen like pages not loading...
And as a Premium Pro member the customer support did not help me with a problem posting reviews for models and I did not get an answer for days from support.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! I've been paying subscription for 4 years. Never got a casting or job. They automatically enroll you into auto-renewal. I didnt realize and this year as soon as I got charged I emailed them within an hour. They bill for the YEAR and I emailed within one hour and they said "no refunds". I will call my credit card and cancel it, but this is absolute fraud and ill intent. I absolutely do not recommend.

My account was deleted for too many castings. This is called Fraud and lying. Impossible to co ntact the customer service cause they dont have any. So I lost all the contact I had with the models.... Just a ridiculous way to treat customers.
