Don’t waste your money, you won’t receive your order.

Placed an order in June 2023, nothing has arrived. I have contacted him several times and been told that delivery is imminent but nothing arrives. I have requested a full refund but still nothing! The last time I was able to contact him was 5th January and was told that I would receive my order within the next 10 days!
This man appears to be taking money from people with no intention of supplying the product.
According to Companies House Modelmaster Jackson Evan’s was dissolved on 5th January 2021 so why is he still trading?

Please ignore the poor reviews

Please ignore the poor reviews - they are for a totally different company - Modelmaster (No S). Reviews for the other company can do huge damage to a similarly named one like this.

The Good and the Bad trader

I just want to tell everyone that there are two companies called Modelmaster. One of them sells model railway kits accessories. And the other sells transfers mostly.
The first is still in business and is probably a good trader. The one who sells transfers was indeed close down and is now operating against the law. If you order you will get anything. Tell your bank that it's fraud or report the trader to the police.
The link on this website takes you to the good trader, not the bad one.
