Great supplier
Love the product ranges and the service was excellent, products were dispatched quickly, packed well, and arrived in perfect condition, which given that some were cardboard sheets and others sheets of foam, was really important.

Reboxed items
I ordered 2 individual figures from this company and they reboxed one of them placing it in the same box as the other one. This will make it almost impossible to find in my large collection. Not happy.

We are very disappointed you only gave us three stars. Your order was complete and on time and as you ordered.
We did not re-box one of the two figures you ordered. It actually does not come in a box and would have been loose in your parcel. We put it in with the other figure to protect it while being shipped.
At no time do we describe or say any of our figures come in presentation boxes. We supply to the model world who take the figures out of any packaging to use on model railway and diorama scenes.
If you are not happy you are very welcome to return your order for a refund.
