Excellent Service and Top-Quality Vehicle from…

⚠️ Avoid at all costs – Strong suspicion of fraud

I bought a car from Modena Motors GmbH (seller: Massimo). The car is still registered in Italy, and I never received the registration papers or export certificate. I can’t register the car in my country.

Massimo is not trustworthy. He delivered the car with only one key and refuses to provide the required documents.

Stay away – this looks like a scam.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Modena Motors at All Costs


Our experience with Modena Motors was nothing short of a nightmare, unfortunately the owner keeps on flagging my posts, so anyone interested why they should avoid this company - should contact me in private

What’s even more concerning is that the owner deletes all negative reviews even on Google to maintain a false image and continue taking advantage of more unsuspecting customers. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to avoid it entirely. This is not how a reputable business should operate.
Ps: First of all, Massimo Bassoli—why are you deleting all the reviews people write about you?

Unfortunately, I can’t add screenshots of the negative reviews I found on Google from people you’ve harmed (but I have them saved).

I also can’t upload pictures of the damaged car that we had to have seized by the Italian police. Your invoice is fake—you haven’t done any work on the car, just kept it hostage and caused further damage.

In fact, the car was seized from you because you provided this fake fattura, which you even admitted in your own comment.

You are the fiancée of Jonathan Dimitry. Your fiancé owes Modena Motors GmbH the sum of 34,263.19 for work done on his G800 car and custody for 2 1/2 years.
In order to avoid paying the invoice, you sued me for embezzlement and theft, a complaint that, after a few months, the court found unfounded, as it is false, as is your review.
Unfortunately, I cannot attach a copy of the judgment or a copy of the invoice here.
