I’ve bought a couple of rugs from Modern Rugs and there service is amazing! I’d highly recommend them to anyone and love the rugs I’ve bought. They have got such a great range to choose from I can’t imagine buying a rug anywhere else!

From ordering to delivery was very easy. Great communication from start to finish. I am delight with my rug and the quality was better than I expected. The rug arrived on time and was great quality unfortunately it wasn't the right colour for my room. The rug was returned by courier arranged by modern rugs and my refund was put back into my account promptly

Excellent delivery

The rug was the wrong shade for us and we thought not as good as the photo on-line. However, had the colour been right we would have kept it. We sent it back in it's original packing with the same courier as delivery with all the original weight etc off the original label. Apparently this was not accepted and it will now have cost us over £30 to return. The courier asked for a photo alongside a tape measure but as we no longer had it I emailed the company with my predicament. I didn't even get the courtesy of an answer, let alone a photo. We had sent for the cheap one first in the hope we might save some money, but intended to order the expensive one we fancied once we had our refund. Needless to say we will not be buying our rug from them now.
