Modern coast are the worst buses any passenger can ever use. They are so disorganized, overbook passengers who have to scramble getting into the bus and sit wherever they want regardless of ticket having a seat number. They also lack travel documents on the road and use old debilitated buses including untrained personnel like drivers. They also never keep time.
Cockroaches in the bus. A family of big and small cockroaches crawling on the floor and walls of the bus!! Torn dirty seats, late start, rude workers on the bus, picking extra passengers along the way, even though they write that it could be a security risk!!
