Shipped to Europe - very well packaged

I ordered a light fitting online as Modern Classic offered something individual that I couldn't find elsewhere. After nearly a month it still hasn't arrived. I chased and was assured that it would be hurried along. I never heard from them again and have sent two more emails since. I've asked for the product or my money back. At the moment I have neither and they aren't replying to my emails (maybe they closed for Christmas two weeks early?) Amazingly I did have an email through from them asking me to review the product I purchased, hence this review.

I purchased lighting online from Modern Classic. However, a couple of days later, I had changed my mind and wanted to swap them. Although my order was on its way to me, Modern Classic were very happy to swap them. Both the products and service were excellent and the delivery was very quick.

Customer service was efficient. Light looks top class, however, it has not yet been fitted.

Great communication throughout the buying process from start to finish and was very helpful in keeping us posted regarding delays from one of the manufacturers. Highly recommend as quality of product was fantastic and customer service was really good.

I was a little disappointed with the light bulbs and I called to express my concern and by return post I received replacement bulbs. Excellent customer care and I love dealing with a British company. The lights look fabulous too!
