Sold me a dodgy x tracer unit for hdx. I returned it within the 30 day period. Refused to refund. Now accusing me of using wrong charger. Stay away from these guys. Customer service is terrible. I won't spend another penny with these rip offs

Bought 2 krytac p90 magazines from them and they were delivered very quickly although they came without their packaging just in a large bubble wrap bag

I am absolutely disgusted with modern combat sports I placed a order with this company and in my opinion just stole my money

My order was just under £80 this company used Royal Mail to deliver my order and my order was delivered to the correct address I can clearly see that on the tracking and photo but I never received my order it was left outside even in the photo you can clearly see my order in the delivery person hand outside my front door but the front door is closed with my order still in his hand and everyone knows when you take delivery the delivery person will take a photo with the front door open with parcel in customer hand or inside the open door to prove delivery
I have told modem combat sports and PayPal and have not received my order or refund

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY GO SOMEWHERE BETTER AND SAVE YOUR MONEY YOUR TIME IM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED ITS NOT MY FAULT YOURSELF AND ROYAL MAIL MESSED UP WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER LOSE THERE MONEY
I am contacting action fraud as there is 100% proff I didn’t receive my order even though the tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address it was never delivered to a human person it was left outside on a Main Street where around 300 people walk passed every hour and everyone can see it

Ordered from these people with next day delivery, 4 days later no product, fake Royal Mail tracking number and I have to chase them, they say it’s not their fault, staring litigation against them today, no not buy from these scammers!!!

I've bought several longs and short from MCS. I'm a pedant and always have many questions. I've had prompt answers to all my queries and great advice that's not been wrong. Just had a long modified after many emails asking questions about several options. Michael replied promptly and offering options and advice which helped me decide the best route/spec to go for. The work done cost less than I expected too. I'm very impressed with the kit but more importantly the back up and support I've received. I'll keep going back and no hesitation in reccomending MCS.

Emailed twice to buy. They didnt bother replying. Should probably be thankful after reading about their after sales care.

Had a problem with a valken regulator sent it back, received a replacement within a week could not fault service would recommendation to anyone.

Very unprofessional. Bought a paintball pistol from these guys. Upon receiving I discovered it was faulty (Didn't hold open on empty). Emailed the guy and he was immediately on the defensive. Told me that I couldn't return it unless it was faulty despite being protected by the online distance selling laws. Even though the pistol is faulty, being misinformed offended me a little so I gave the guy a call. He tried to dictate his interpretation of the law and when I questioned him, he put the phone down. Thankfully I paid via PayPay so I can just go through them for a full refund, but I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this shop, avoid like the plague. If it wasn't for PayPal, I'd have to chase through small claims court.

Terrible company, scamners especially their affiliate program, never pays out, no communication, avoid joining been trying to get help since July 2022 to no avail.

I've had 3 orders totalling 4 guns and lots of ammo and extras from the Umarex HD range. In each case I found this site offered the best price I could find online. All the orders were delivered quickly and communication was excellent. I have already recommended to friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

The Javelin Bolt Gen2 they sell for the 468 doesn't even work on the 468. The customer service is a joke, I had to pretty much beg them to reply to my emails, and they still haven't even emailed me confirming my refund even though the signed for the return days ago.

Please don't waste your time and money on this clown store.
