Similar exp as another person on here. They sent me the wrong item, but then said it did the same thing. Then it wouldn’t even charge or work, still won’t refund my money or send a replacement. Don’t buy from them. Scan!

Sent completely wrong product unable to get refund or exchange
Ordered a neck reducing gadget but instead received an anti snoring device, sent a message got no response sent another 12 days later and response is that they only offer refund or exchange within 10 days, they literally sent me the wrong thing!! Went back and forward.. short answer is they've got their money so that's all they care about. NEVER buy from them again absolute rubbish service
