It was easy to place an order for my double kitchen sink online. I also spoke with customer services, who were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was good and the delivery was fast. Once fitted it looked amazing, would definitely recommend this company.

Awful service, ordered through B&Q (who were great) but mirror arrived smashed. 10 days later I am still chasing them for a replacement, I have now given up & have asked for my money back. They never answer your email, you can't phone them & if B&Q put you through to them (the only way to talk to them it seems) that is an HOUR of your time waiting on hold, avoid this company!!!

Bought some wall lights.No updates no tracking.Buisness line is a mobile that only goes to answer phone.
Company does not answer emails.
Two weeks and still waiting.

Ordered 4 in 1 convertible chair on 22 July. As yet nothing has arrived and trying to get hold of anyone is a nightmare! If they read this please contact me ref order 1075.. not a happy customer

Placed an order for the Arched mirror.

The delivery process could have been smoother. There was almost s 1 week delay with shipping.
I had to chase for answers and at some point believed I had been scammed.

However the team eventually reached out to me and also gave me the direct information of the couriers who were waiting for the next available freight to my area.

The mirror was delivered safely today and looks great! Clean on arrival and no scratches or anything to wipe down.

I did say I would update my review if I eventually received it.

Ordered 21st May with delivery promised by 29th, chased and was promised by 6th June. Didn’t arrive, no contact. Still waiting for word from the supplier which means I will have to chase again.

This dining table is very well made, good quality wood and easy to put together. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. All in all excellent piece of furniture—can’t rate it highly enough.

Bought a dining table. Was delivered within a few days and delivery was communicated well so was able to leave in a safe place. Assembly was easy and it is really solid and good looking. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again and recommend.
