I am very happy with the product. On time delivery. And while delivering the product my pregnant wife was at home, so the delivery man help her to bring it up to 1st floor.

I received the samples very quickly but now I have a problem - I don't know what to choose as I like all of them. They are all very nice materials.

Overall I have had a very great experience with Moderno. I loved that you could get the fabric sample sent to me for free, and they arrived very quickly. After I had placed my order for a couch, someone from their customer service reached out to me to verify that the specifications I had chosen were indeed the ones that I wanted as they. I have not tried contacting them on the phone, but my experience is that they answered my e-mails within an hour of sending them. They were also very friendly, and I had a positive experience with them overall. I had ordered the couch to be assembled, and the guys delivering and assembling it were speedy and friendly. Also, the couch arrived a lot sooner than they had initially estimated.

Really difficult to work with Moderno. Sloppy handling of the order confused me about its status. I could never get in touch with them by the large phone number displayed on the website. They sent me an incomplete order. The diagrams showing how to assemble the bed were often wrong. Generally, the feel i got is that their backend systems just don't work and they're putting in uncoordinated manual effort to deal with cases.

They may have grown too quickly to scale their ability to match the demand. Good luck to Moderno streamlining their business. I will try another shop next time.

Excellent quality! Good assembly instructions and everything perfect. Really worth the sometimes long wait for delivery, which is to inside the home, n9t the pavement. A big level up from the usual stores.

I bought here my bed, wardrobe and also my sofa. All of them are really beautiful as on the pictures. I was informed about a delay but at the end all I got within the lead time mentioned at the original order.
The delivery went also fine.

we received the sofa sooner than expected!the sofa is of excellent quality! Definitely better than the Danish production at a cosmic price.I want to thank the Polish guys who carried one part of the sofa to the 4th floor because the elevator didn't fit :((((one guy sprained his back as far as I could tell, I'm very sorry that this happened.😑😑
