Product Paid for but Not Received
I paid for 4 copies of sheet music. I was not able to print them nor did I receive pdfs. I sent 3 emails to this company requesting help to obtain my purchase and my emails were spaced weeks apart. I am very disappointed that I paid over $20 for a product I never received and there seems to be zero concern as nobody has even replied to any of my 3 emails. How do I get my money refunded? It's a shame because I liked the sheet music arrangement I paid for..
