I gave 1 star because it is impossible to give less.
What a Scam and shitty company. It took ages to deliver a product, and when it arrived, it was a cheap, Chinese-manufactured item with incorrect packaging that arrived completely deformed and broken. After more than 15 emails, the only options are a voucher or a 10% refund. I'm fed up with this useless Customer Service support. Idiots. Then, when they finally agreed to ship the item back, they shared a Chinese address, for which I would need to pay the delivery, after they were retaining 15% of the value because of "Administrative work" What a piece of shit. I hope someone takes this site off the internet because it's a complete scam.
