Ordering was super easy from them, I had a question about delaying shipping and was able to immediately chat with someone to get the answer I needed. Delivery was great, very smooth. We love our couch, the Aurelle Blue Reversible Couch. The material is so soft and comfortable, the couch really holds its shape. It’s fantastic! We couldn’t believe we got such a great deal thanks to a 25% off sale they were doing around Memorial Day, and it came in two weeks! Very happy with our purchase!

These chairs are functional, comfortable, sturdy and cutting edge design! They are contemporary and practical. We use them in the kitchen and they can be wiped with a sponge if crumbs or spills land on them.
We waited three months for delivery but Modholic kept in touch with us reminding us that shipping schedules were beyond their control. The wait was worth it! The chairs had a great price and we are very happy with them and with Modholic!

The quality and details of the product are second to none.
I could not find any difference with 4 times more expensive version from DWR.

I ordered 4 chairs th en turned around and ordered 2 more for my outdoor dining table. The chairs were on back order, I was kept in the loop for shipping and delivery. 1 chair was damaged in transit and the issue was resolved immediately. I recommend Modholic for their customer service and quality. Definitely recommend and would purchase from them again.

Placed an order for wave chairs. Website said estimated delivery in 3-4 days. A few hours later I received an email that says they won’t ship for 4-5 weeks. They have already charged my card. Kid on the phone sounded nervous and uninformed.
I am making him follow up with the warehouse, but will cancel my order if that time frame is accurate. This seems to happen a lot. Lure you I. With a good price but can’t deliver the product

The chairs were delivered when I was not home. The two boxes were damaged and two chair tops were completely protruding from one about 12"! When I tracked the delivery, the UPS driver did not take a photo as is usually the case with damaged boxes. They only take photos when boxes are in good shape! When I tried to call UPS I was unable to get through to a live person. So I called Modholic's number and a real person answered, told me not to worry, but to take my own photos and then open the boxes and take photos of any damage to chairs. I was not to worry because they would immediately replace the damaged chairs.
Turned out that when I opened the boxes, despite the boxes' damages, the chairs were fine. The customer service is GREAT! The chairs are beautiful and exactly as I remembered them from my last visit to Sicily and the outdoor cafes and retaurants.

Wow this is a beautiful table and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. It’s so sturdy and heavy the delivery driver thought it real marble. It seats 6 chairs comfortably and it really elevates our breakfast area. Delivery was fast and easy got the table within a week and packaging was heavy duty !
