The food was awful
The food was awful. Have had 6 of the 8 entrees. In every one, the proteins way overcooked and tough, and the vegetables way overcooked. Also, overly bland. Some were so watery, like the shrimp and grits, the grits were like thin soup. While I like that their sodium levels are under 700,you can still have tasty food without a lot of salt. Respectfully. Will not order again.

It's very easy to use the website; and so for, out of 30-35 meals, I liked every one except for 1--Scrambled eggs and quinoa. The food arrives when they say; it's very easy to unpack; and super easy to cook.

The blackened shrimp & grits & diced…
The blackened shrimp & grits & diced peppers was awful. Shrimp was hardly blackened, floating around in runny grits (which are supposed to be thick & substantial).

My deliveries are right on time
My deliveries are right on time, but I think too close together. I have to skip a week in order to eat all the previous meals up before receiving more meals. The dinner meals are good, but the breakfast scrambled egg meals aren't palatable because the eggs are dry and crumbly no matter what heating method I use. I recommend discontinuing the scrambled egg meals. Another suggestion would be to use dry ice packs instead of gel packs, which would make the weight of the shipment much lighter and ecominical for the company to ship. Gel packs cannot be poured into the drain. They cause plumbing damage. When gel packs are thrown in the trash they are very heavy. Dry ice on the other hand dries up and is so easy to get dispose of, and only the plastic bag is left, no sticky heavy gel.

To note a few things, we can always adjust your account to a bi-weekly schedule (or more) if the weekly frequency is a bit much for you and you don't care to keep skipping every other week. I will pass along your feedback on the egg-based breakfast meals of course, and rest assured our "gel packs" are not at all gel packs. We use all 100% environmentally, food, and people friendly materials. The ice packs you're receiving are a water-soluble solution and fully capable of going down the drain, right into the garden or even in the trash can, safely! Comments on using low FODMAP
When following low FODMAP - it is convenient to use their meals, knowing it meets the guidelines for low FODMAP. I was out of town for 5 days staying at a relative’s house, while they were gone. But gone for 4-5 hours a day with a sick relative. So not really time to prepare meals . So I ordered the meals to be delivered there. So that was great ! I am finding which meals I like with ordering many different ones . The flavoring is good. My complaint is that some seem less filling than others & I would like more vegetables. It’s good to supplement the meals with a salad or more vegetables. I do appreciate the calories being kept in a reasonable range.

Food is very good. Good portions. However, the film covering each dish is very hard to peel. Most times I either stab the plastic with a knife or have to use scissors.
