It is a horrible company!!!😡
No good received and I can not get my paid money back for weeks!!!
Answer: This is totally your mess...customer does not receive goods as promised and have to wait more than 3 weeks for your mess to clear out!!! This is not acceptable and your service is the worst I have ever seen!!!

Item description said 100% wool

Item description said 100% wool. Item was 100% acrylic. Wool and acrylic "wool" are 2 completely different materials fyi.

for trust pilot

for trust pilot, i'm probably the first customer to write a review. I highly recommend. I received the ordered goods quickly and cheaply. nicely packed as well. I will definitely order from there in the future.
