I wish there was an opportunity to give 0 stars. I returned a top and they did not provide a refund. I called and left emails on so many occasions. They don't respond to any type of message. Avoid buying from this company!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I very promptly returned a dress that did not fit, and they received it, but never refunded my money. They would not respond to emails, phone calls, online chats, nothing. Now my credit card bank is having to try to get my money returned, but Mododoc is not responding to them either. Avoid them.
I have called 3 times and left messages with customer service asking for a call back. I have also emailed once to customer service. All I am wanting to know is their return/refund policy. No one has gotten back with me. I can only assume that their business is booming and that they don’t need my business. I have $300 in my shopping cart, but if they don’t want it, I can certainly go spend it somewhere else. I have loved the couple of things I have bought there, but since they don’t see fit to answer my inquiries, I won’t be shopping there any longer.
