Bought a watch and soon after the watch…

Bought a watch and soon after the watch quit working. Been dealing with this since November of 2025 its now February 2026. I have found that the original website modsera.com was shit down at end of the year and then modseracw.com was then formed. All the info for the new company starts after first if the year. Ive contacted them and they claim now that i didnt order through them. Its a scam. Both websites use same address and website design/ layout. They also drop-shipped the watch from China. Thats $290 down the drain. The old bait n switch. Complete scam they know it and im aware and have called them out many times on it.
