We were told on our call it would take 6-8 hours to set up. We got our pallet delivered and half of the boxes and items were unlabeled. We had to build and rebuild pieces 3+ times because we were blindly guessing while attempting to follow the very non user friendly guide. The project ended up taking 20+ hours due to labeling errors and the misleading idea that this was a quick and basic project. Although Clara from customer support was very kind and tried to help us to the best of her ability, the company would not fulfill a more than fair request for reasonable compensation for their errors and misleading information and selling. Pay the extra money and have a company install a custom closet. It'll be worth your sanity.
So far so good. Need more time to determine how well the unit performs.
Great product…Satisfied customer!!
Allthe shelves, drawers and hanging units fit perfectly.
I'm extremely happy with the quality.
I'm extremely happy with the quality.
Good for longer items, such as suits. Decent storage with adjustable shelves. Hanging bar is oval shaped. Not sure how well the chrome finish will do.
We replaced California Closet components after a flood. These are just as good. Similar construction as far as attachment. Great value.
One useful component to complete the closet.
Good product
Worked well
It was hard to hang longer dresses but it works
Easy to assemble and install. Great functionality!
Perfect closet system for a smaller wall space.
Great product. A little tricky to put together but sturdy. Finish result are worth it.
Nice modulars build to perfect dimensions. All holes were predrilled and rung for perfect assembly and fit. Even the most novice can assemble. I placed a motion sensor light at the top for the perfect accent.
Love the display for holding purses and wallets while also holding hanging clothing.
Easy instal & great design!
The height you didn't know you needed! Those in-between items; rompers, midi dresses, dress shirts....this is their home.
