Product looks nice
Product looks nice, installs easy. Would be more helpful if the labels on the packaging (boxes and parts bags) matched exactly to the reference labels in the instruction book.

The design service was great! We got our final design down in 3 iterations. Our designer, Esti, was very helpful and responsive! The closet components fit perfectly!

Product is great - logistics of install less so
Overall true to expectation. Only complaint is, I ordered two closets - a primary closet and pantry - and the unboxing/staging of everything was a nightmare. It was a huge pallet, there was no instruction sheet except for the individual boxes, and we were reading off 12-digit model numbers on the packing list to make sure boxes were in the right piles. Probably had two hours in staging. 4-5 hours to build and install for two workers for two decent size closets. Had to swap around a couple pieces because of dimensions that didn't quite work, but overall very happy with the result.

Customer service
Leah was great to work with. Closets showed up quick and had easy instructions. Took me and a buddy 2 days to get them fully installed but that wasn’t working full speed. Looks great!

Clothes were put away within a day
First off, we appreciated Samuel's patience in working with us. He caught us in the middle of our preparations for our move from Florida to Texas.
The initial presentation of the product upon delivery was intimidating. However, the manual/book broke it down quickly and effectively. Within a day, we had the closet installed and ready for our clothes.

Brenda was a pleasure
Brenda was a pleasure. She is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I was able to watch on my computer screen as she designed my 3 closets. She made adjustments to the design based on my input and the finished product is terrific. An interior decorator was at my house and when I showed him the closets he said "I want one".

Totally Overated
The initial design for my closet was all wrong, after many conversations and brainstorming a worst-case scenario disaster was, I thought resolved. Not so fast. I then ordered some shoe shelves and charged $134.34 for a size that apparently didn't exist although I have the receipt confirming the measurements for the order. Now we have another situation where the order was incorrect and inaccurate. The refund isn't even correct; it is short $22 and some change. Needless to say I will never refer this company or order anything further from it.
