Avoid this company at all cost. I placed an order and pod as requested giving weeks of. Price for delivery. Delivery came with half the kit missing, and to avoid delays I have to purchase the missing parts locally to allow my contractors to carry on. I had to chase the missing cladding every day and was given new dates of delivery which never happened. I’ve just spent the past 2 weeks trying to get a refund for materials I had to purchase, this included daily emails and multiple phone calls all which ignored or brushed off. I’m still trying to claim for additional costs due to materials delays. Seriously look elsewhere. The complete lack of communication from this company is a joke.

Stay well clear of this company. Whether it is because they have been overly impacted by the pandemic, I don’t know, but the service and execution have been awful. Awful communication (in fact generally non-existent), late deliveries (weeks late in some cases), missing parts… the list goes on. And ultimately a disregard for doing the right thing by their customers. Disappointing experience from start to finish. Look elsewhere!
