Card fraud

I have contacted this company multiple times as my card without my knowledge was used in fraudulent transactions, no one has yet to reply, I would like a response.

2nd update:

If I do not hear back within 48 hours, I will be forced to finalize a formal chargeback through my bank and report this to the German Consumer Protection Agency (Verbraucherzentrale).
