The sofa is fine but the way it is…

The sofa is fine but the way it is build is not nice. It is a lot harder than describe to build it and some of the material is poor (one screw broke). Delivery was poor: 2 hours delay with no warning (to get information I called twice customer service, then I got the information of the delay). Sofa is very good and comfy

The couch is more firm than in the store. Looks great but we were quite disappointed

Regarding the firmness: the seat and back cushions are made of foam, which will naturally feel firmer when new. The model you tried in our showroom has been used daily, so the foam has softened over time through regular use. This is why your new couch might feel noticeably firmer at first — but rest assured, it will gradually become softer and more comfortable as it settles in.

We hope this helps reassure you that the firmness is temporary, and the sofa will soften to feel more like the one in our showroom.

Of course, if the sofa doesn’t live up to your expectations, you’re always welcome to return it.

Waited nearly 7 MONTHS for dilevery

On December 31, 2024, I ordered a Grönvik coffee table with the expectation of a maximum delivery time of 3 weeks, as stated on the website. After I had placed and paid for the order, I received an order confirmation stating that it would not be delivered until May 2025 — five months after the order was placed. I had even chosen to pick up the table myself at their address in Aarhus.
After several weeks, the delivery date kept being changed again and again and again. After 5 months, I then received a new email stating that the table could not be delivered to the pick-up point at their address after all, but that I could pay 400 DKK to have it delivered to the curbside. After messaging your customer service, I managed to persuade you to at least deliver the table for free. Since then, the delivery date was changed repeatedly, and I didn’t receive the table until June 26 — almost 7 months after ordering. Will NOT be buying from there again!

Delivery Experience Fell Short of Expectations

While the product itself met expectations, the delivery experience was a bit below expectation. The order was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep, but it was instead left on the roadside with the explanation that the road was not wide enough for access. This was unexpected, as we've had other stuffs delivered by similar vehicles without any issues.

Mistake in delivery

I ordered the Madrid chaiselong sofa. I had to wait for around one month for it to be delivered. The delivery process is a bit complicated because you need to choose a day for delivery, but you don't know the time. They inform you about a 4-hour time slot one day before, and it cannot be changed.
When the sofa arrived, I realised both parts are identical right chaiselongs, instead of left and right part. I immediately called the delivery person but they said they couldn't do anything about it. Then I called the company, but they said they can only replace it next week. So I had to carry the second 50kg part upstairs to my small apartment and now I have to wait, while having only half of my sofa. This situation was really annoying and inconvenient. Moreover, I wrote an email to the company on Thursday to ask about more information on when and how they will solve the problem. However, I still haven't received the answer (it's Monday today). But I must admit, the sofa is really beautiful and comfy.

Edit: I called the company today because they haven’t replied to my mail. They said the sofa isn’t available right now and that they will deliver it in April (even though last week they said they will deliver it this Thursday). It’s really annoying since I’ll now need to wait another month, and the wrong part is blocking the hallway in my small apartment.

The process of buying and getting the sofa delivered went very well. All employees I had contact to (showroom, customer service, delivery) were very helpful and friendly. The customer service was easy to reach and very efficient. Overall a great experience. :)

Delivery caused damage, couch 5/10

Couch looks beautiful, but the pictures are not accurate with the color you’re getting. It’s also extremely firm, so not super cozy, there are some areas where you can feel the wood which doesn’t make it super comfortable. Returning is a difficult process because apparently you need to wrap it with original packaging and then you have to pay for it to be transported. The delivery was very hectic and they caused damage to the walls in my home. Overall I would give it a 5/10, most of the points are because the couch visually looks very cool, but it’s not a cozy couch. I think you can find something more comfortable for the price somewhere else.

Nice looking chairs

The chairs we ordered arrived as scheduled. My husband assembled all 6 with ease. They look nice and comfy enough when sat on. We already received compliments when friends visited the house. One of them said it looked sturdy.

Very good overall experience, communication needs some improvement

We had a some problems communicating (their sms service was not delivering text messages to me), but they were very helpful during phone calls. Considering the load that comes in the Christmas period they did extremely well.

They have good quality products and fair pricing. We are happy with our couch (have had it for 6 months now).

Overall I am satisfied and will order from
them again.
