Honestly, I’m so disappointed with Moida. I heard good things because of their new store opening, but my experience has been a complete nightmare.

My order arrived in a disgusting state—everything was leaking, squashed, and just a total mess. Some of the products looked totally off with weird splotches and a foul smell, and others had broken seals. It even leaked all over my bedsheets.

What’s worse is the "customer service." They originally agreed to a refund, but then went back on their word and started questioning the items I received, even though I sent clear photos of the damage. They’ve been incredibly difficult to deal with, leaving me ignored for days while I'm stuck with unusable, messy products in a house with a baby.

Genuinely ridiculous way to treat customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I love the product selection and the quality of the products but it too two weeks for the shipping to arrive. There was an initial day and time and it changed after a week and then the product arrived a day later than the second date. It is the second time that this has happened to me with Moidaus.

Stay away they are scammers they provide me a photo of proof of delivery that it wasn’t even my house. There’s no customer service of any type of support. Find your Korean products someone where else and save yourself a headache. I’ll make sure my followers know about this place.

FAST SHIPPING! except when they moved their office. overall it is a good company. Just wish they would be more generous with samples with orders.

I have ordered a few times from this company. They always have great sales going on and I love the products they have available. If you’re into Korean skin care I highly recommend this site.
