Worst customer service i've EVER dealt with
It's been over a month since first trying to reach customer support to help me migrate from the old minecraft. they're support page put me through an unhelpful loop for an hour before i finally got to put a ticket in. Since then i've given them all the information they've asked for and they asked for more then stopped reponding.

I originally gave them a bad review because they basically told me to solve the problem I couldn’t fix, but after they hear of my complaint, they went out of their way to even make a debugging website to launch minecraft! My paradigm is totally changed and I think this company has good potential. Of course there is still work to be done, but they’ve come a long way!
Why I hate Mojang
It is the worst people of all time.I do not have cash, because scammers scam my card and I could only buy minecraft. I accidentally named my birth in the wrong date, but I must pay so I can change my birth. It says I must pay $0,10, but I only had $0,01.They also log me out for no reason.I am telling everyone to not play Minecraft.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. First it took 4 months to get any kind of reply back. Secondly In order to confirm you are the account owner you have to remember very obscure details such as where you bought the game, the month and year you bought it, and where you were at when you registered the account. If you don't have all of these obscure precise details they just tell you to jump in a lake and that you should've been more responsible with the information.
Very Slow, Doesn't get the job done.
I was once a very fond player of Minecraft, however the moment some wacky stuff came with my account regarding my inability to log in and then the inability for me to log into my original account, I've been stuck being unable to play for now 3 months. I contacted Mojang last summer, and got a response which was only partially helpful. All they asked for was my transaction ID, and receipt. I haven't gotten another response, which means I have to wait ANOTHER 2 months and restart the email chain.
Non-existent support
Very slow customer support that doesn't actually help solve your issue. They just claim they're sorry then provide a link to a support article that you've already read and didn't find helpful at all.

Literally took 7 years for a support response
I sent a support email on the 5th April 2012, I have just recieved a support email 7 years later which literally just says "reset your password". In the original email I stated that I already had done that and clearly in 7 years of them not reading my email they didn't pick up on that. Not like I care anymore anyway, I quit in 2013

I have found Mojang to be extremely helpful after sending an email to enquire if they could process a refund for Minecraft having bought it twice - they replied within 24-hours with no quibbles stating it should be back in my account almost immediately, though to expect up to 5 w/days.
Fingers crossed it goes in like they say!

They are TERRIBLE
They are TERRIBLE. I have had Minecraft for about 10 years now. They migrated my account to STUPID MOJANG ACCOUNT which was not my doing, and now it only lets me play the demo mode even though I've been playing for years and am a veteran of the game. I emailed them with my complaints and it had been almost a week and I have still heard nothing back from them. They have terrible response times, and their customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen in a major company. They don't even have a customer support call line. If you have issues with them, be ready to wait.

I have had 1 response in over a week asking for the same information already provided.
The original ticket was raised 23 days ago. Hopefully I heard back form them soon.

It's a fun game
It's a fun game, I love both Creative and Survival. I love all of the little details in it and relaxing and having fun, and building things. I didn't give it a full 5 stars though because it is extremely difficult to set up multiplayer. I've been trying for over an hour now just to play with my brother. I hope they make an easier system for this, if it's possible.
