I was panicking if I would be able to print my poster in Japan in time for the conference I was going. I came across mojoprint by a random reddit post and just by emailing them, I managed to get everything done within 1h and shipped to my hotel.

I attended a conference in Ishigaki, Japan, for which I had to prepare and present a poster. As the conference was part of a longer trip, I did not want to bring the poster from Switzerland for the whole journey.

Luckily, I found mojoprint.jp who are specialized in printing posters and sending them to anywhere in Japan. Both the website and the support is fully available in English. Conor from mojoprint.jp personally handled my order and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They sent the poster to the hotel in Ishigaki and I just needed to pick it up after my arrival.

Finally, I won an award for the poster presentation, which shows that the quality of the print must have been very good!

This was my second dealing with this company. The first time, I had patches embroidered for my restaurant uniforms. That encounter was excellent. This time, I had business cards printed. The help that I received to design them was outstanding. Conor was with me every step of the way, and every time I had a question, he was quick to reply with detailed instructions, including screenshots. The cards arrived a day ahead of time and I am very happy with them.
I will be ordering from Mojoprint again and I can highly recommend them.

I've been using Mojoprint for my business cards and occasional other work since 2016. They always do a superb job, deliver on time or ahead of schedule, and go the extra mile when needed for a very reasonable fee. Communication is always smooth, and their staff are super helpful. Mojoprint should branch out and start teaching other organizations how to do customer service!

I came from Uruguay and needed my business cards printed since I haven't taken any from US or Uruguay. I was sceptical first since there is no option for pick up for yoiurself. But since I wasn't able to find other options I've used them. The support while making the order is great, they speak well in english, and they will help you with changing anything like bleeds etc. if needed. Honestly in Japan I prefer pick up options. But if I ever need anything printed I'll only use Mojoprint.

I used VistaPrint in the past. Because they no longer offer services in Japan, since August this year, I needed to find another printing service. I took a leap of faith and chose MojoPrint. As it turned out, Mojo came through. The price was a bit higher than Vista, but very competitive with other Japan-based options. Service was fast and efficient and the quality of the business cards - using my data - was excellent. I couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Mojoprint! I made a mistake in my image size and Ms Jesse contacted me to double check if everything was okay, and was also able to adjust it for me! I received the business cards super quickly too. Overall it was a very nice experience!

Great service and communication, great product, delivery right on schedule

I'm impressed with the quality and speed of the business cards order. It was less than 4 days from Mojoprint getting my order and me receiving the package with the cards at my door. They even included a bit more cards than I've requested.
