Terrible management of booking

Terrible management of booking, my daughter booked a table for her birthday, that very day we had bad news regarding my husband's test results, moka was informed by my daughter that we needed to cancel in good time, they had the cheek to take money out of her card for no show!!!!!!! When we tried to explain the situation, and asked for a date change. they didnt want to listen and weren't bothered about the illness, shocking, where is the empathy!!!!!!!!

Moka Expresso Bar Chigwell UK 🇬🇧

I don't know if it is the same Moka Expresso bar in Chigwelk (UK)which I usually go to every day. They do a delicious cappuccino. I get it with oat milk and I enjoy a lot. The team are friendly and positive.
