Worst company for crypto my miner has been off for months. The put a installer that is not a real company to install my miner. I can't reach them at all. It is a breach of that contract that they wrote. Heliumdeploy doesn't care at all. They only want to line there pockets. There is not support or anything. They are just theives. The miner is suppose to be mine but I can't get it back. Cant reach the installer. They are a total scam.

Got scammed for 14K usd. 1 miner never worked. The never done anything and can’t do anything.

absolutely dubious company. My hotspot has been offline for 6 months. You are ignored on Discord. There is no response to emails. 6,000 EUR down the drain. I will now take legal action. I have given them 6 months to get back to me. Nothing came.

Look when you buy service from provider you want to have service right? And when you ask for help and no response why you do?. You make sure about your experience know others people. The cell was down for 14 day I wright them a message do you think someone answered? no

Since November 19, one of the radios I have with them has been turned off. I write to them but there is no response.

Are they a rare good company in the often shady crypto space? Yes. I've trusted them now with $3250+ of my money and they've exceeded my expectations. Their products are delivered quickly, and they are priced fairly. They have helped me sort out technical issues, and optimize my setup. In short, they are worth doing business with.

Good. They buying process is good, and they usually are good at what they are doing. But as of today one of my 4 radios is offline, it's been like that for over a month and they stop answering my messages. At this point I think they will fix it but their customer service has been failing maybe because of the holidays.

Moken team are very professional for being the first in crypto and blockchain tech to apply it to something that we use every day. Its way too early to be very impatient when things go wrong so just give it some time and stay the course. Appreciate the hard work and the time. Thank you

Great idea. Payout weekly. Daily email update. Check the coverage points on the explorer whatever Moken displaying its not updated properly (may be only first time). When I purchased it showed 4800 on Moken website but actual explorer showing 3100 which is 1700 points less. I asked but they said not able to do it anything or change or no compensation. I believe there is nothing binds to maintain the coverage points between provider and Moken. Just be careful what you pick and from who you pick up yours.
