Absolutely diabolical to order from. I ordered over 5 weeks ago… I then queried about my order which was over £180 to be told it was an IT issues. Then waited another 3 weeks to be told the exact same thing. I’m still sat here with no delivery and £180 down that they can’t seem to resolve.

Very unprofessional site!

I ordered products in August, not received as yet (October) emails not responded to and now ignoring DM. Payment taken, but requests for a refund are being ignored.

Ordered 9th August still no tracking information or mould received. Repeatedly requested information and received none WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN .

Nice quality, little misunderstanding in the delivery time, but all good.

Shocking bad uk customer service on top of that the mold that arrived which was a giant custard cream mold looked nothing like the picture advertising the mold. The lettering is significantly different!
Very disappointed I would not recommend or use this company again!

I would give 0 stars if that was possible! I purchased 26 letters for $200 and I only received 3! I contacted the seller and he said the rest would be dispatched Monday because they were on back order. It is now Thursday and I have reached out to him multiple times with no response. I WANT MY REFUND!! And he can have his 3 letters back! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I've use a giant letter F and so far it's been excellent. The demolded shape is square and true and the molded surface shiny and clean. It was easy to demold and the shape has so far been used four times with no loss of quality.

Items look great i cant wait to get them and use them. I wish the website would have changed the money from pounds to USD. I had to keep googling how much money i was about to be spending cause there is so many amazing molds. :) overall great products cant wait to get my new molds.

Received my Alphabet molds today which came really quick. The quality is great, can't wait to use them!

Just got my letters today and hopefully they will be good I love them so far hope they come out good

I ordered 2 giant biscuit cake moulds. I got the kitkat one and custard cream one too. They came in 3 days and they r perfect. Not used them yet but I have checked them out and they look excellent. The detail to them is exquisite. My children will love these when I make them for a surprise and place them on the table for them to see. I will definitely come back again for more and more as these moulds really are unique.

I ordered 2x bow moulds weeks and weeks ago. I have since sent an email explaining that I hadn’t received it and wanted an update... I didn’t even get a response. I’m now out of pocket, have no moulds to show for it and have still never managed to speak to someone to resolve the issue!
