Royal Mail have still not delivered my order they have email me every day to say they are delivering but do not turn up ,this is happening on a regular basis . I have stayed in for 3 days for this delivery as i need to worm some horses that are going away for training . I do not use them anymore myself. Regards Ann

Order arrived in good time and we'll packaged, unfortunately the ice pack had burst which saturated the box and vaccination record card.
Maybe you could put these in a polythene bag to avoid this happening in future.
