We are proud to call ourselves an eco brand, using eco packaging, sustainable plant based waxes and the highest quality perfume oils to mix our blends. Disappointed but issues now resolved!
Placed an order, but it didn’t arrive. Contacted the company who sent a replacement which arrived the following day. Excellent customer service I thought, until the original arrived the following day. Contacted them to offer to pay for both, however on opening the original, found that the wrong item had been sent. Contacted again and was asked to return the original which I did at my own expense with the promise that postage would be refunded. Still waiting!!!
Almost immediately after posting this review I received a very apologetic reply and the postage is now being refunded. Glad that this has been resolved. As I said, the products really are lovely!

Molecule Home Fragrance
I was first introduced to Molecule Home Fragrance reed diffuser and room spray ‘Aperitif on a Provençal Terrace’ when we stayed at a beautiful holiday cottage in Boscastle. I loved it so much I ordered some for our home straight away!
The wax melts are also incredible. I found they are much more effective when combined with the Molecule Lattice Wax Melt Burner than my previous burner. The more intense the fragrance of the melt naturally the stronger the scent is.
Alongside the wonderful eco friendly products and packaging the main reason why I’m compelled to review the brand (FINALLY) is because the customer service from Rae is absolutely exceptional! She is so warm, personable and will go out of her way to help wherever possible. Thank you and I’m so sorry it’s taken 2+ years to do a review!
