They didn't send a tracking number so I asked by email, they didn't answer. Was missing a part of the order, I send three emails in different days, I had no replay when or how they are going to send what is missing. I'm not buying from them anymore. I don't recommend them.
I have not received my molient product despite writing to customer services twice.
Ordered on September 3rd and have STILL not received products on 06th October. I have contacted customer service team twice, but received no reply. Money has been taken from my account for over a month. I am so disappointed by this service. There is no contact number, so email is only contact method which is very frustrating as nobody seems to be manning the emails. I have purchased from Mollient in the past and liked their products, but this is just ridiculous. I will be making claim on Paypal if this doesn't get resolved in the next 24 hours.
