If you were lucky to get your dress in a reasonable time, the quality is OK. Even if you pay $34.95 For expediting shipping. It still takes just as long. Even though it indicates you can return within seven days that's not true. The process of returning is you must email the company, Wait for a response from the company where they will then offer you A low Price For your dressor tell you, you can send it back on your own with paying shipping.. Here's The problem. I ordered distress in enough time, six weeks before the event, even paid for the expedited shipping just in case it would need Alterations and then I waited and waited. Finally had to email the company and ask when it was going to be mailed and they replied when do you need it by. And I said immediately as I paid expedited shipping. They offered me $20 credit since they didn't expedite. Told me they would send the address out the next day, which I didn't receive it until a week later. This is the second year in a row I have tried to order a homecoming dress for my daughter from this company and lost money. Don't do it! (And regarding the dress. The quality was OK, but you could've gone to a local boutique or even Macy's or Nordstrom and gotten a dress with even better quality.)

Should get less than one star..did not get what I ordered..they said they verified I did get what was ordered. Showed them picture of order vs what I got. They offered me $3.00 on a $50 order. Will dispute with my credit card co.
Total scam..

The three stars are simply for costumer service. The clothes are often wonderful.

My advise for others is to learn from my mistakes and not pay for the “$1.98 return shipping” when the item says *all sales final* because they will keep the $1.98 and make you pay for shipping for them to return it or you don’t get it back.

Also, while I’m sure others have had good experiences, I would recommend NOT getting the grab bags. One of the dresses I got was ok and the other was uglier than anything I’ve ever seen them post. I wouldn’t have paid $5 for it and I essentially paid $30. To me, the risk isn’t worth it.

All that said, I’m sure they’re all nicer than they came across during this experience and I will continue shopping there because I love their clothes.

No stars! Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Really poor quality fabric and the company seem very reluctant to provide a return address or give a refund.
Laughingly have offered me 4USD to keep the two items and give them to a friend! I will keep pursuing...

Please please do not buy from this company. The quality of the products is absolutely disappointing. All the items received look extremely tacky. After telling them about this, plus that they were all too big for me, they replied that they could not support my request for a refund as their products have no quality issues. I guess I am one more customers that was taken by a very dishonest business and I better forget about my $148.00 US. I am sorry that I did not see all the bad reviews before ordering. We also see the same clothes advertised on Facebook under different names. It’s probably all the same business operating under all these names. Stay away from all of them.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The reviews are accurate. Do NOT BUY from this company!! They are an international boutique based out of China. Ordered 2 outfits, none fit, material was cheap, and looked NOTHING like the photo. Attempted to request a refund and offered way less than what I paid. Could not ship return to China because of strict customs. Very disappointed, hope company shuts down because it is a total FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Save your time, money and frustration. The quality of their items is non-existent. Cheap and nasty. They offer you a $5 refund if you keep the item you complained about. I sent my item back to China for a full refund, and despite proof of delivery that the item had been received by them, they never processed my refund. Then all went quiet when I tried to follow up on several occasions. I am also very disappointed with InstaGram that they sponsor a company who treats their customers in this appalling manner. Shame on them! Profits over people.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE! The jacket I bought looked nothing like the picture. The material was shoddy and it had a hole in the pocket! Sent picture and told them I wanted my money back. They offered me $5.00 or to send it back to an address in China!!😡.

The dresses I ordered are way too small. The quality is poor. Trying to communicate with them to get a refund is not even worth it. You have to pay for "overseas" shipping to return and then not sure if you they will give you a refund or just 30% on your next order.

This was very poor quality and not what it was listed as being. They sent the wrong color and the material was very cheap. To return, you have to mail it to China. I will never order from them again. Very disappointed.

What a absolute bummer. Don't be fooled. I didn't realize it was from China, shame on me. The only way to return is pay for the shipping fee. Product, sizing, and quality are not worth the bother. Will not buy from Mollygal again.

Terrible sizing, sleeves were too short in one and too long in another. Quality is terrible. Customer Service is a joke, comes from warehouse in Canada but they make you send to China with a list of things of why they won’t refund. Offered 10% back to not return. Do not buy from them!!

I bought two dresses and both fit awfully. That was four months ago and I returned the items but have not received a refund and have heard nothing back. I was also asked to send photos of myself in the items! This is beyond inappropriate. What can we do to get this company held accountable? How can I get my money back? I’m owed more than $100!

(1) The clothing looks completely different when it arrives. (2) The company Molly Dress has a different name when they charge your bank which is Cherein.com. (3) The company overcharged my account. I was supposed to pay $29.00 and the company charged me $61.00. (4) The company's website indicates "easy returns in the USA." However, when I contacted the company to voice dissatisfaction and return the dress, they instructed me to mail the item to China. Otherwise, they told me they could give me a coupon to save some money on a future purchase. This manner of resolution was unacceptable to me. I simply wanted to return the dress by mailing it to an address in the USA. I paid the company through PayPal and Paypal seemed to generate computer-generated responses instead of having a real person read the dispute. Eventually, I brought the issued to the attention of my bank. I explained to my bank the issue and expressed concern that the company was only to charge the agreed upon amount of $29.00 but they charged me $61.00. I only asked my bank to dispute the difference in the amount I was charged. However, Bank of America clearly could see this was a fraudulent company and therefore refunded me the amount of $61.00, thanks Bank of America! In closing I warn customers to stay away from this cheap and fraudulent company that is based in China that overcharges customers, lies to customers about easy returns, and operates by a different name that will overcharge your bank account. BAD COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The clothes are very cheaply made and the sizing is way off. I'm certain they are stealing their photos from other sites. I asked for a refund and they asked me to send pictures proving the clothes didn't fit. Nuts! When I refused they said they would refund me $12 (my order total as $130) and give me a 15% coupon for future purchases if I kept the clothes. They said they would provide a full refund if I shipped the items to China even though they were shipped out of New York. I'm out $130 and will be donating these clothes. Don't waste your time. This site is a scam.
