The is a BIG con!! Sent me a coat over a month after ordering and it’s terrible quality and not even the wrote colour.

Awful experience and this shouldn’t be legal.

Terrible experience, I’m still waiting for my refund. The item has nothing to do with the one in pictures, it’s an absolute joke! I don’t understand why companies like even exist!! Please don’t buy from this website, their customer service it’s awful and everything is awful

Absolute scam - DO NOT RISK IT!!

I was sent the incorrect item and then was asked to either pay for return postage to China or to receive a replacement. I did not want a replacement as it was quite clear the quality of the clothes was a joke - cheap crappy materials. I requested a full refund and have been passed about from person to person with weeks in between correspondences. At points, members of the team have said they will “honour the request based on the circumstances” and then later I’ll receive another email from some else saying that I need to pay postage again. It’s honestly a joke. Fortunately, my bank provided a refund anyway so I am not out of pocket but I want to warn others that this is not a safe or reliable place to shop. Don’t make the same mistake.

Also, the website does not make it clear the clothes come from China (the location says Manchester).

The clothes are terrible quality and you have to pay shipping for returns, they offer for you to keep the item and get 30% back but it just feels like a scam. They know their items are not worth the cost and are falsely advertising. Do not buy from here.

Jacket was absolutely awful. Awful material, awful looking, all round awful!!

To make things worse I tried to return it and it was going to cost me £32 as it had to go all the way back to china.

The photo on the website and what I received were the complete opposite.

Ordered coat over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived. Really bad customer service and wait times.

Fake images. Do not buy from this company as the products on their site bear no resemblance to what you will receive. Absolute scam.

Absolute scam of a website. The only difference I’ve had is customer service have been responsive, however..

Has taken the items over 3 weeks to arrive, clothes are expensive but the quality of the items are awful..

Returns policy is hidden within their website and as everyone else has said if you want a refund you need to cover the cost of shopping back to China - they also don’t disclose anywhere how long shopping takes / where the items are coming from..

They are quick to block you on instagram, I tagged an influencer on a post they had made using her photos (she wasn’t wearing their clothes) and within seconds they blocked me.

Please please please avoid

DO NOT BUY. Rubbish quality, so cheap and nothing like the pictures. Took 3 weeks to arrive and now to make a return they want me to pay for postage to China - even though the website claims to be based in Manchester. Such a joke

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I ordered a jacket I had seen advertised on instagram, as well as a co-ord.

The items arrived a month after purchase. When they finally did, the quality was shockingly poor: horrible static material (there were no clothing labels to say what the fabric was), loose threads, and the jacket didn’t even match the picture or the advertised colour.

I requested a full refund, as the items weren’t as advertised. However, the customer service was unhelpful and frustrating. They only offered a refund if I covered the super expensive return shipping to China.

Such a scam.

Luckily, I purchased through Amex and have filed a claim with them.

Fake company, based in China with no returns options (unless you are willing to cover the international shipping) and useless Customer Service who ignore you until its too late. I cancelled an order one hour after placing it having read their returns policy and getting freaked out by their lack of online following. Despite this, they ignored my cancellation and shipped the order the next day (plenty of time to intercept my order and my cancellation request). I have raised a dispute with PayPal and expect to be reimbursed immediately. Do not use them, appear to be another fake Instagram brand using other people's images as their own to lure people into purchasing.
