I can't recommend Molly enough

I can't recommend Molly enough! She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She's so knowledgeable, incredibly supportive, and always took the time to answer my questions and reassure me whenever I needed it.

Molly was so patient with me throughout my journey, never made me feel judged, and always encouraged me to keep going, even when I doubted myself. Her guidance, motivation, and personalised support have made such a huge difference.

If you're looking for an online coach who genuinely cares about her clients and knows exactly what she's doing, Molly is the one. Thank you for everything you've done for me – you've been incredible!

Incredible Training

Molly has changed how I approach training. She has given me confidence in weight training, which has allowed me to understand my body a lot more.

In terms of Molly’s approach, she is approachable, she puts you at ease, and every session she has been prepared, ready to provide advice at every turn.

Friendly PT who I can't recommend more!

Molly was my PT for almost 2 years, training twice a week with her. She is simply fantastic - gave me a great plan to work towards, with easy nutritional guidance and gym workouts.... but most importantly, she gave me confidence - I couldn't recommend her more. She helped me with my weight loss journey in a healthy, sustainable way and every training session felt like I had my own personal cheerleader.

I was coached by Molly for the best…

I was coached by Molly for the best part of three years and I loved every second of our weekly sessions. Molly is kind, patient, skilled and extremely knowledgeable. She helped build both my fitness and my confidence in the gym, as well as introducing me to spin - something I never thought I’d do let alone actually enjoy.

If you’re nervous or intimidated by the thought of working with a coach, Molly is exactly the sort of person you want by your side. She creates a supportive, welcoming environment and genuinely wants you to succeed, whatever your starting point. I would always 100% recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to build strength and confidence.
