Horrible! Wish I read the reviews. I ordered two boots about $80.00 which is a large sum of money! Boots were not what their image was. Felt like cardboard on your feet. I emailed to return and they won't email me back the return address....its been about a week in a half and I've sent multiple emails. Ironically in the return policy states they won't except returns sent back with address on packages. Has to be one they send you (which they don't send you). Just horrible SCAM SCAM SCAM. Also the return policy they sent in the email isnt the same as the websites. Advice to not order from this company.

Bad deal. Charged right away. Product never shipped. No response from company. My credit card company reversed the charge, which is nice.

Edit: 2 weeks after I emailed (and 8 weeks after order placed) the company wrote back saying they'd be shipping my item soon, because it's now in stock. Got a shipping notification from China. 10 days later, I got the same shipping notification again. Shipping tracking still has no info. Avoid these jokers.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 pairs of boots on November 10 and I have not received my items. No e-mail response back, nothing. This company is a scam. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the review site made me.

Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing, I should’ve known better. Ordered boots and a sweater. The boots arrived and the smell is horrendous I had to throw them out, smells like paint thinner and inhaling the fumes seems unhealthy. The quality is super junky too, and they too came straight from China with no packaging. I have not received the sweater yet, and contacted customer service and they are not responding. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM TGIS SITE AND WARN your FRIENDS!!

Horrible!! I ordered a pair of boots I saw on Pinterest. Little did I know they would come directly from China. They were supposed to be a size 8 US and didn't even look like a size 6. They were scrunched up in a plastic bag, not even in a box! The construction was cheap, inferior and they smelled like chemicals. I was so upset so I emailed them immediately, which is the only contact info, and am still waiting on a reply. There was no invoice or packing slip inside either. They were supposed to be $189 boots on sale for $69. Never again!

I purchased 2 pair of boots, under the assumption they were FreeBird boots. When these boots arrived, they stunk so bad I had to put them outside. I called Freebird to find out Mollyca had stolen their pictures, logo and were representing themselves as FreeBird. I had contacted Mollyca for a full refund..... got crickets! So unhappy plus the boots are still outside stinking up mother nature!

Horrible Company. The boots I ordered smelled horrible of chemicals and came right from China. I'm throwing them out. They don't fit and they make it extremely difficult to get a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or $$$$. They are scam artists. When I e-mailed to exchange, they ask for about 10 different things, none of which were shipped on an invoice. There IS NO INVOICE number, but they ask for it. DON'T DO IT.

The company has been extremely slow to respond to my requests to cancel an order that was placed by mistake, and then to return the merchandise that was shipped when they ignored the request to cancel. They seem to keep stalling in sending me the return shipping address I have asked for several times now. I have been emailing for almost a month now with very little progress besides canned responses on the return policy. Do not buy from this company. Also, the boots they sent me do not resemble the photograph online.

Buyer beware! This is a company based out of China, it took forever for me to get my three top that I ordered from them. The quality was horrible, the material was horrible, I cannot believe that they actually sent me the three Women’s tops in the condition that I got them. The material was cheap, the workmanship was sloppy and it was nothing like it look like online. Now I’m in doubt of whether I can even return it back to China.
This company will not last with this kind of quality. So, beware!! Do not waste your money or time on this company. Sorry, it’s the worst product I’ve ever received from any vendor. Yes they’re cheap. but trust me, it’s not even worth what you paid !!! i

I don't give them any stars but that was the only way to proceed.
I like the others and been ripped off. I ordered 4 months ago and received one pair of shoes that I'm not sure who could wear them.
What a scam...they need to be removed from any advertisement sights.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!! Don’t buy anything here!!!!! Please trust me you will be disappointed!! Ordered a gift for my wife’s birthday a month early and it still arrived a month late!!!! No customer service and no response on a refund!!!! Never again for me and hopefully anyone else !! Truly a bad business!!!!!!!

Like everyone else gosh i wish i would have read the reviews first. Like a fool i ordered 2 pair of boots 5 weeks ago. Just received 1 pair today and OMG. Ive seen better quality notebook paper then the quality of these boots. The other pair of boots havent even shipped yet after 5 weeks. The pair i did reveive are spray painted, no lie, not exagerating. I got got.

I would give less than one if I could. Wish I had read reviews. Sent me size 2 instead of 5 1/2 then refused to refund me or trade for right size. Told me I should sell them on eBay and said they would give me 15% off like I am going to order again and lose another 50$. Horrible customer service .julie

So, I wish I had read reviews before I ordered anything from this company; AVOID them at all cost! I ordered two pair of booties; they were over 2 mths in arriving and then they arrived wrapped in plastic as opposed to being in a shoe box. The poor quality of the product was quite obvious and I immediately contacted the company about returning the booties - I didn’t even put the booties on. They wanted to know why I wanted to return them and then they wanted me to send a picture. Are you kidding me! I complied; I told them why and I sent a picture and have never heard from them again. And of course, they have a 30 day return policy so, I’m out $70 + dollars but lesson learned. So, long story short, dont’ order anything from this company!

I ordered a pair of shoes in Aug and did not get them till Dec. Horrible customer service. They did not respond back fast enough. They did not want to give a refund. If I would have read their reviews, I would not have bought from this company.

Wished I read these before I ordered it has been 4 weeks. Still waiting on order, can't get anyone to reply, fortunately I only spent $39 but now I wonder what I will get. Finally able to track order and found it is in the states. No idea when or if I will actually get this order. Dont buy from these people.

Do not buy from this Chinese co. Everything these customers are saying is true. Takes 9 days to respond to emails....ridiculous and cheap products not anytjing like pictures advertised. Total scam! Im paying the shipping back. At least i will get some money back but im sure that will take forever!

This company gets zero stars from me. I just purchased a pair of boots for 100$, the sole has fallen off of both boots, and all they can offer is an exchange and I pay for the shipping to return them. So I get another pair of poor quality boots at a steep 100$$, oh and I get to pay to return the last pair. It took them so long to get back to me, and now it’s just a run around of emails back and fourth. I just want my money back, I don’t want another pair of crappy boots.

Horrible, fraudulent "company". They have no problem taking your money and then send you a piece of crap that looks NOTHING like what is advertised in their photos and is made with the CHEAPEST material. Customer service is a joke. They had no problem replying to me about shipment, but have since gone silent and will not respond to my emails since receiving their garbage.

I cannot warn the public enough other than to say do not buy anything from this site it is fraudulent. What is advertised is not what you will receive.
Products are at the lowest quality and Marked up to an extreme price point.
not only that it took over two months to receive my order which cost me $109 Canadian. The shoe sizes are not true to fit.
The material and soles are almost comical the quality no one would be comfortable wearing or suffering through the pain wearing these.

I have tried to return these items however Molly ca shoes refuses to refund my purchase.
