Customer service was very accommodating, and helped with making some custom changes to an existing design of theirs.

The actual ring is really solid in terms of quality, I'd say much better than a ring I've purchased in the past from a bigger jewelry brand/store. Plus, it was about 1/5 the price of the bigger guys.

I have had open communication and accomodation including everything i need . I recieved a photoprogram image of exactly what I wanted in my price range down to the point of matching my mothers ring with 3 stones and my childrens spouses with six stones. they are using the prefered stones and metal choice that will match my other rings and help me celebrate my 50th birthday and my triplets 21st and future engagements. I have never had a company go above and beyond so thoutoughly that im beside myself with all they have done and the patience and communication that will continue as we work through my dream piece.

I don't know much about jewelry. So, I was overwhelmed with the number of variety and options, and I needed support. Their customer service answered all my questions, patiently.

Both times, I was very pleased with their customer service support. And also, I was concern about, ... Do I get what I purchased? Both times, the answer was, ... Yes.

I’ve had the best experience with Molly Jewelry!! Firstly their rings are gorgeous. I love haw individual they are. Being an on line store I was a bit apprehensive so i decided to email with a bunch of questions including questions around my ring size. The team were so helpful answering every question with kindness and in a timely matter. Then I ordered the ring and emailed again about delivery time given I’m in a different county. The team again were very helpful looking up my order and updating me of a rough delivery time. The ring actually came early (I was so happy because it was just in time for our anniversary) and it’s absolutely perfect. Exactly as pictured and amazing quality. I’m so in love with my ring and will definitely be ordering my next ring to pair with it (already wearing my husband down 😉) thank you so so so much x

I absolutely love my ring from them. I sent it back to have the gold coating changed to pure gold and the communication from their team really settled my anxiety. They respond fast, and really make you feel heard. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have purchased 2 different custom made rings. One was an anniversary ring & the other was a mothers ring. Both rings are absolutely stunning! I really wouldn’t order from Molly jewelry again and I wish I could get my money back.
Customer service was horrible.

Their product was beautiful upon arrival but after being warn only a year stones started falling out. The craftsmanship is garbage. Because it was longer than a year since it was bought they wouldn’t warrentee the lost stones or the claws tha were breaking off. Terrible to deal with.

The rings was delivered quick, and is absolutely gorgeous, however they sent me a bridal set with a completely incorrect size (I ordered for a size 6) the engagement ring is sized at almost a 6.5, and the wedding band is 6.25 we took the set to a jeweler who told us as much, and also specified that while a thinner band may feel looser, the sizes we received were totally off. I reached out to Molly jewelry about resizing options, and they said rings are made to order so for a 35% restocking fee they'd take it back to make a new one, or I take it to a jeweler to resize it myself which I am doing so.. they offered no compensation even though they made the rings the wrong size.

I got my wedding band custom made from here and the design process was seamless! The designers did a great job giving me options and modifying if needed. My engagement ring is very unique but they were able to make my wedding band fit it perfectly! Also I intentionally did not want diamonds on my engagement ring so it’s nice that Molly had moissanite stones to match my engagement ring!
