Jim was fantastic throughout the sale of my home and the purchase of my next one. He went above and beyond at every stage and was incredibly helpful in so many ways. His communication was always clear and timely, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was the genuine care and attention he gave to every detail, which made what could have been a stressful process feel much smoother. James Philcox and the team at Moloneys were absolutely amazing to work with, we recently purchased a house in Cripps Corner through them, and the level of service from James (and the team) was above and beyond. The sale was tricky, and Jim was exceptionally helpful in smoothing things over, taking calls after hours, and even visiting us with the additional information. We also were so very grateful to the team who met various trade services at the house sometimes at short notice just to keep things on track. You could really tell that Jim knew his stuff - he has been able to recommend services and suppliers to us that were necessary for the buying process while always staying positive and proactive. If you are buying or selling in East Sussex, I would highly recommend using Moloneys. The ethics and values of the team here really were excellent and hugely different from the agent we used to sell. So do not hesitate to work with Jim and Glyn and the team at Moloneys.

Jim and his team of Glyn and Lorraine worked incredibly hard to achieve a sale for me. It was an executors sale and consequently much of the discussions between me and Jim were done by email or phone. Although I or other members of my larger family visited periodically, he kept an eye on it for us recommending an house clearer and a gardener to help out.
Having lost one sale through no fault of Moloneys, Jim kept our original buyer on board and once a chain of 6 materialised, Jim kept things moving, eventually contacting all other agents and solicitors to push the sale through.
If ever an agent earned his fee, it was Jim for working for me.
As I have no other property interests in the area, I can only suggest that you use Moloneys - I know I most certainly would if the need arose.
