Truly the worst company I’ve dealt with. It took them well over a month to ship even though it says 10 days and the day before my scheduled delivery they added on an import fee to complete the delivery. Do not buy from this place
Does not ship items, they say it will be sent but nothing happen. Zero stars if possible
Ordered something 8 months ago, after haggling them repeatedly, they finally sent it.
I ordered from the Attack on Titan collection back in April. It has been five months now and I still haven't received the product, it hasn't even been shipped. No response to my e-mails. I've gotten a response on TikTok, but after I responded, they keep leaving me on read and ghost me.
I think I've been scammed and won't ever get my hoodie.
Update February 2026:
I got my money back now (almost a year later) after i had to spam their comments to get a response back.
I placed an order on may as soon as the nana collection dropped. We are August 10th as I type this and I still haven’t even gotten an email with shipping info. The seller dm'ed me to tell me I still need to wait more without any shipping info ofc.
