We are Intelspace Building Contracting LLC, a Dubai-based company currently engaged in multiple high-end villa construction projects across prime locations such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Dubai Hills.

As part of these projects, we have been sourcing various Molteni & C articles. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been disappointing. An incorrect order was placed by Mr. Paolo Taiocchi, resulting in significant material mismatches and consequent delays to our construction schedules.

Despite multiple attempts to reach Mr. Taiocchi via email and phone, we have not received any response or resolution. This lack of communication has caused serious disruption to our ongoing projects and undermines the confidence we had in Molteni & C’s reputed service standards.

We purchased a kitchen, bathrooms and furniture from Molteni Milan Store last year and in January. Kitchen was installed in May and still not finished. Bathrooms were delivered and partly installed in June. We can still not use one of the bathrooms. Wardrobe door was damaged during transport. After months of endless correspondence we still don’t have a date. I wish, I had trusted other peoples reviews, but I loved the design. On top of that they full payment before they deliver.
