Foul

I purchased and consumed your porridge oats in early December 2025. I have only just been notified that there was mouse contamination affecting this product.
While you have provided batch numbers, this is of little practical use given the time that has passed since purchase. I find this deeply concerning and unacceptable.
As a result, I will not be purchasing your products again.

Product Recall Status

They've recalled all mine that I bought direct due to possible contamination. Unfortunately though service has gone out the window. I've filled in the online form, trying to claim the £33 i paid back, provided requested details etc, but they don't even acknowledge receipt of the form, let alone respond within 2-3 working days. I tried again yesterday, but not expecting success. UPDATE. They have refunded the money, so I've changed my review from 2 to 4 starts. Contamination can happen to many foodstuffs, but I've not given 5 stars as communication was to say the least poor. Sadly I've switched to Quaker, they're not as good, but all flavours are more readily available and easy to obtain.

I brought some porridge and oat milk…

I brought some porridge and oat milk from Moma. There was an issue in which my delivery only contained the porridge initially and I did have to contact Moma to ask where the other half of my order was. However, I do recognise this was the delivery companies fault rather than them. Moma answered me within an hour and were extremely helpful with minimal fuss to resend the rest of the order.
The porridge is delicious and the oat milk is divine! Highly recommend.

Great product, rubbish delivery

Great product if you can get it. I had a subscription and a week after ordering the milk is still with Evri. Their own website says two days for delivery however this is not the case. As others have said, no contact number and when I emailed, they replied with subscription cancelled and absolutely nothing about the missing order and the rubbish Evri delivery. I really do not understand British businesses using this rubbish courier for their goods. Cancelled and going elsewhere as I have had to purchase to cover missed delivery and will also have to do a chargeback on the payment for non-receipt. Changed to two stars on rating due to the delivery taking place four weeks after promised. It has not changed my opinion and I would order the products elsewhere that don't use Evri couriers.

Patronising customer service.

My last subscribed item was completely messed up by EVRi. My contact with Momafoods customer service was useless and patronising. I have now cancelled my subscription and deleted my account with them. There didn't seem bothered in the slightest.

Not great quality control, not great customer service

Like another wrote already, had 2 out of 6 cartons from a multipack that I bought that were in date and yet looked unsafe to drink. White particles floating around and the liquid had separated in some manner. Bought these from Costco, which kinda defeats the point of getting something like that from Costco in the first place if I have to throw out 2 cartons.

I contacted their support and they said they would send me some vouchers in the post, sure okay. However:

1. They did not send me enough to cover the whole cost of an equivalent item purchase-able from their website.
2. When I tried to anyway, I realised that they appear to be purely in-store barcode vouchers, the number doesn't work in their coupon code field at checkout.
3. I realised that they say only one voucher can be used at a time in a purchase anyway, so they really couldn't cover the cost even if I could use them online.
4. I don't even actually know where I can get them locally. So now I have to hunt around for somewhere that sells them.

Consistent and good customer services

We’ve been subscribed to MOMA foods for about a year now - we moved from minor figures only because we found MOMA frothed better.

We’ve only had one issue in 12 months, a crate of 12 litres went missing in the beginning of March.

I emailed their email address (the one that sends you the tracking and order confirmation) at around 18:30 that day and a helpful lady called Katie issued a replacement crate the following morning. We got our replacement milk within a working day of her email.

It’s worth noting our subscription has decreased in price by about 10% over the last year, where as all our other bills are going up massively, so it’s nice that this one cost is slightly cheaper

Personally, I’d prefer if they used DPD to over Evri as our DPD driver arrives early doors, where as our Evri driver delivers to us last. However, that’s just personal preference, both services are reliable in our area.

It’s a shame to see all the negative reviews, but that seems to be a reality of delivering liquids… they occasionally spill or leak. Seems a bit unfair to negatively review the company, and not the delivery partner.

Great product but delivery and contact issues

First of all MOMA Barista Oat milk is excellent. The product is really good and I am happy with it. My issue is around delivery and communication with the company when things go wrong. I ordered 24 litres but received only 12 litres. This order was from MOMA's website directly, not through a reseller. The delivery was well announced by DPD but they only delivered half of the order. There is no phone number to call MOMA to check whether the issue was with the order preparation or the delivery. I even tried calling their parent company who were helpful but also couldnt provide a number. How can you own a company and not have a contact number? So I presume MOMA Foods prefer to hide behind an email address. NOT consumer friendly.

I love this product but…….

I love this product I was thrilled to find organic British oat milk available as a subscription, so convenient, tastes great in coffee and everything else, I had a problem with one carton being missing in April, contacted customer services and they refunded me one item perfect, but my May subscription arrived, the delivery driver had one box pouring out milk we opened it and one carton had obviously been leaking and the others in that box were covered in sticky oat milk, I gave the driver a black bag we sealed it up and put a label on it to be returned. I emailed the company to explain and got no reply, so I resent twice still no reply, the customer service number they post on Facebook goes to this number is not recognised. I sent a message via facebook nothing, so unfortunately I have cancelled my subscription because of the complete absence of any customer service other than that the oat milk is lovely and I would recommend buying from the supermarket but not direct.

Absolutely amazing customer service, if I could rate them higher than a 5* I would. Everything you could want and more when contacting their customer service team. Quick, efficient and went above and beyond.

Not great

Their Barista oat milk I got from the supermarket had white particles floating in the carton, which could be seen in my cup of tea. Contacted customer services with photo proof, pretty much to be told "next one will be fine, just buy that". I thought they would have at least offered a voucher code for a replacement carton as a good will gesture? I'll now just buy one of the other oat milk products out there.
