Great customer service, real looking tattoo
Shipping took longer than expected but the customer service team has been so helpful in response to any issues. The tattoo itself was not semi-permanent so it did come off quickly, but the website states the difference and so do the informative cards included in the shipment. The image turned out better than I expected and really did look real.

The company has since reached out and is sending a replacement. They sent me multiple pictures to review and had me pick a version of the tattoo I requested.
The initial purchase and customer service issues were rough but the company has been very helpful and I will complete this review again once the replacement is delivered!

Good Evening, Today I received my custom semi-permanent tattoo. I purchased a 5x2 custom tattoo in Hebrew and the item was 5 inches long but less than 3/4 tall and the letters were not intact. I have purchased items from your company before and have been very impressed, can I just have a refund for this item and I can send it back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free copies of new designs and/or sizes that were done correctly as they were ordered. Our design team had only recreated the picture you submitted and followed how it appeared on there.
That said, we do want you to have the best experience possible so we can offer a one-time offer of 10% off if you'd like to reorder a different size or design. Just use code: insurance35 at checkout.
They did not give me the correct phrase in Hebrew and it was the wrong size. This company is horrible—DO NOT USE

We're sorry that you feel bad about the experience. However, as we have mentioned in the conversation we had with you, our design team makes the shorter side of the design (height) proportion to the longer side (width) which follows the max size ordered (5") to make the tattoo print look exactly like how it is on the image you submitted when you ordered. If they were to create the design to have exactly 2" on the shorter side (height), the tattoo may look stretched vertically.
After we made you understand the above, we offered you a reshipment of the tattoo in the exact size you want 5" x 2" understanding that you know that the tattoo design may look stretched on that size. However, you mentioned that there were missing parts of the design on the printed version (dots and lines at the bottom of the characters) which we do not see on the image you uploaded when you ordered. We sent you a copy of the image that we received from you and then we did not get a response from you anymore. We were hoping you'd give us your new preferred design image.
I am reaching out to you again via the same thread to retry to make this experience a good one for you. Apologies again,

Great purchase
I love that they have so many options for tattoos. The tats look new when you put them on and they stay looking new for a while.
I tried a semi permanent tattoo before I got a real tattoo just to make sure I liked the image and placement.
The shipping was slow for me but overall it was awesome!

The ease of creating my own tattoos and…
The ease of creating my own tattoos and the quality of the items upon receipt is the reason I gave five stars. These are a present, and I haven't given them yet, so I can't speak of how well they last and how they look on skin. There are enough positive reviews to suggest they'll be great, though. A bit of feedback might be to offer images of similarly sized tattoos on a forearm, or even on a common item like a sheet of printer paper, etc. Just to give a better sense of scale. I put a ruler on my arm and that was good enough for me, but a picture of a 3x3 tattoo on a bicep might sell more 4x4 or larger tattoos!

Stayed sticky and immediately looked dirty
I followed the instructions for my custom temporary tattoo and now 2 hours later it is still sticky and the clear parts of the tattoo already look dirty.
Super disappointed and feel a bit cheated having paid for this.
