Worst credit company... Very greedy and will scam you of your last coin. Avoid.. Get any other credit company. Thank me later

For car import choose momentum they are very reliable.

I would rate your service with one star because, while you are highly efficient in providing loans—so much so that even if I mentioned my logbook was in the bedroom, your team would not hesitate to retrieve it—you exhibit significant inefficiency when it comes to returning our logbooks. Despite our numerous attempts to contact you, our calls go unanswered, forcing us to plead as if we were making an unwelcome request. Why do you refuse to return our logbooks?

Momentum credit is a greedy financial institution,arrogant and self centered employees,tribalistic ànd there aim is to sell clients assets for there own self gain...Any kenyan citizen planning to borrow from them to Avoid at any cost..

This are criminals who ropped my logbook and changed my logbook details without my comsent, they are criminals all the staffs from their agents,the leaders and the customer centres. They always side with criminals. Stay away from them in doing anykind or any kind of interraction, their SME, logbook financing is scam.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. This company is a complete scam. They will say all the right things to get your money, but once they have it, they completely stop responding. There is zero real assistance—everything is handled by generic AI systems with no actual human effort or accountability. They make big promises but do absolutely nothing to follow through. Save yourself the time, stress, and money—do not trust this company. They are dishonest, unhelpful, and only interested in taking your money without delivering results.

This is a thuggery zone, try at ur own peril.. There are a lot of hidden inflated charges they will never explain to u.
U will be milked dry n be dead in weeks.
The office bearers are so arrogant n unapproachable. All their phone calls will always be busy n never reachable after getting their loan.
Go at ur own risk.

Stay away from these leeches.
This is just a pathetic excuse of a company with the mostly inefficient and confused internal systems and staff. I had the most terrible experience with them last year with them forcing me to pay a loan over a long period so I can pay more interest by them holding money already paid to them in a "suspense account".

Fast forward later they come up with a product called ezua chapaa designed to allow you to make payments anytime you want. It works fine untill you can no longer make payments by yourself and they have to capture the payments manually. Which would be fine if they actually did it on time. But you'll make a payment today and they'll effect it days later.. and that's if you follow up.. If you dont your account just keeps racking up interest on a debt you already paid but they didn't effect.
These people will send you to your grave early just find a sacco or some other solution to your emergency.

MOMENTUM CREDIT make their loan finances ready pretty fast, especially those given against log books.
