Three days ago i've written a comment on the website as below and the comment has been hidden by the company. The automatic reply from the company is that they will verify and give me reply as soon as possible. Now has passed 3 days, i do not receive any follow-up (consider before i've sent them 4 emails and never get any reply).

is there any client here knowing how i can get my money back?

Ho ordinato due racchette il 20 ottobre 2025. L'email inviata dall'azienda affermava che avrei ricevuto il pacco entro la fine di ottobre 2025. Ho aspettato fino a oggi, sono passati 22 giorni e ancora non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho provato a contattare l'azienda quattro volte, ma nessuna risposta.
A dire il vero, non so cosa posso fare ora per ricevere le mie racchette o un rimborso. Mi sembra di aver buttato via i miei soldi senza nemmeno ricevere un'eco.

They are thieves… i ordered three rockets three months ago. They did not send it. They sent me a ball instead of three rackets… and when i said you did not sent me. They play with me. They sent me wrong tracking codes and play with me for three month…

I ordered a racket and a box of balls. I received the racket after three weeks of waiting. I still haven't received the balls, 1.5 months after ordering. I don't recommend it to anyone.

SCAMMMMMMM , after pay, they wont answer again

This is a scam, don't order anything from them! I haven't received my parcel for 1.5 months! They don't respond to messages, don't give a phone number to contact, and delete reviews!!! Scammers

This company is a SCAM! They are fraudsters! They don’t have a telephone number and don’t respond to emails. They are crooks so DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered and paid 590€ for Babolat BL.002 X LAMBORGHINI including shipping cost. That was on 2 juni 2025 (ORDER #4798). Now its almost one month later. I still got no update about my order. The don’t answer their mail and their Facebook and Instagram does not exist.

So I feel scammed! If they don’t answer. I will press charges against them. This is not the way you do business.

I need the racket or my money back

I had been waiting for my racket for 2 weeks. I wrote them a letter and received a response only after 7 days, saying the racket would arrive in a couple of days. No tracking code as well. However, I was later told that they no longer have the racket available. Everything would have been fine if they hadn’t made promises and responded more quickly. I do not recommend this service. I’ve ordered rackets many times before, but this was the first time I had such a bad experience. I should have read the reviews here before making the purchase. Still waiting for refund as well.

All seem good but there after

No product, no track and trace and no reply from no one.. Have I been scammed?

Can anyone help me with this as nobody reply’s on mails

Product as shown on web site and as expected. Customer support very helpful, fast and collaborative. Unfortunately delay in delivering and no information regarding the shipment tracking from the source supplier. But all the troubles well managed by the shop.
