Absolutely ridiculous return policies
Absolutely ridiculous return policies in place for this shop. Apparently they can’t accept returns without their ribbon attached to it. How hard is it to replace a standard logo ribbon?! When asking them if I can return a suit and they can take a £% off the original payment as I didn’t have the ribbon they still refused and couldn’t give an alternative option. Ridiculous customer service and they also try to give it all when responding. AVOID!

I'm sorry that you feel this way, but our returns policy is clearly outlined and follows standard practice in the designerwear industry. Each suit includes a security ribbon that clearly states repeatedly that "If this ribbon is cut and removed, then a return will not be accepted". This allows you to try on the suit at home without needing to remove the ribbon, while also protecting against garments being worn and then returned.
We explained this to you several times, but insisting on "just replace the ribbon with a new one" completely misses the point, and unfortunately isn't possible, as it would undermine the purpose of the policy.
We always aim to be fair and transparent, and while I understand your frustration, our return terms are in place to ensure the integrity of the items we sell and to protect all customers equally.

Amazing customer service and clothes! I received the wrong size and rang the shop which resolved this straight away and shipped my item for next day delivery, the brother reassured me that i would receive the right size in time for Eid in which I did and also apologised for the mistake on their size. I will be shopping from here again insha allah

Kids Eid outfits…brilliant customer service
Ordered Eid outfits for my girls this year, really good choice of outfits and sizes available. There was a little issue with the order but I was amazed at how brilliant the customer service was which rectified the issue quickly and meant my girls got to wear some lovely clothes this Eid. 10/10 customer service. I placed an order for a dress right before a bank holiday weekend, and I was genuinely surprised by how quickly it arrived. When I opened the package, the dress looked even better in person than it did online. Given the reasonable prices on this website, I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

As Eid approached
As Eid approached, I decided to order my daughter's clothes from Momina Clothing. When my order arrived, they had sent the wrong size. I was so disappointed, and so was my daughter, as there wasn't enough time left to return or exchange them. I now know not to trust them. If you didn't have the size, you should have let the customer know; I would have chosen another design. The website said it was available, but you didn't have this size. Disappointed.

If you had contacted us, we would have rectified it immediately. It's still not too late if you need it for Eid. If you can contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and tell us your order number, we will get the correct suit sent out to you, and you will receive it in 1-2 days. Your order was dispatched on time, and the tracking number was provided. As this was an international delivery, customs duties were applicable. According to the tracking, the parcel was awaiting your action. Notifications would have been sent to you by the courier regarding customs fees. Even if you didn't receive the notification for any reason, the link to pay the customs duty was on the tracking link provided. We understand the frustration, but this situation is beyond our control.
