I lost access to my account a long time ago, and I have been reaching out to them for I don’t even know how long now.
They did not help me get my account back at all what so ever, even tho I have literal proof that I am the owner of the account.
I finally managed to get my account back on my own after 4 YEARS with little to no help from them.
I forgot my password from my account in 2019. I emailed the Momio service but they do actually nothing to help to get my account back and just say “sorry we can’t help”. Unbelievable

In order to help you restore your account, the support agents will have to ask a few security questions. These questions are critical for them to confirm whether the rightful owner is reaching out. For security reasons, they are unable to further assist if these questions are not answered sufficiently.

I like the game itself but customer service is terrible. My account got hacked a while ago. Ive send so many mails since it obviously wasn’t my fault i got hacked. Every time i get the answer that there is “no proof” of the hacking.. awesome!! All my things gone

The worst costumer service ever.
My son’s account got hacked and when i asked support to help i recieven an basic answer back how to put my email back while it got nothing to do with the quest For help in this matter.
i said in the message i’ve send the hacker is repeatedly kicking my email out and now my son lost all his collection animals, clothes, hairs etc etc the hacker stole it all and is selling it on her account for diamonds.
Many things of my son were bought with real money so i am not happy at all how momio support is handeling this! If i could no stars i would!
