They hang up on customers!
I called MOMO Helmets hoping to ask a few simple questions about their stock and make a purchase. Unfortunately, the person who answered was completely uninterested in helping. They were dismissive, refused to tell me what items they had available, and made no effort to assist or answer basic questions.
When I asked again—politely—they hung up on me. No business should treat potential customers like this. I was ready to buy, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
If you're considering shopping here, think twice—because they clearly don't value customers or sales.
